# leeveel

> leeveel is a software studio in Greece building custom web apps, mobile apps, internal tools, dashboards, SEO/GEO infrastructure, and secure systems. Four people who take a few projects a quarter and see each one through from brief to deployment.

Fixed scope, fixed price. No retainers. The client gets a project dashboard from day one and a Friday note every week.

- **Web** — Custom apps, sites, CMSes, dashboards, payments, auth, billing flows. Stack: Next.js, React, Node.js, Postgres, PHP. Best for teams who own their product but don't want to own the agency.
- **Mobile** — iOS, Android, and cross-platform apps paired with web admin. Stack: React Native, Flutter, Expo. Best for operators with clear mobile workflows.
- **SEO & GEO** — Content infrastructure for humans first, search engines second, models third. Schema markup, site architecture, performance, copy. Stack: JSON-LD, Open Graph, Sitemaps, Lighthouse, RUM.
- **Custom systems** — Internal tools, admin panels, scheduling, reporting, workflow software. Stack: Postgres, Next.js, server actions, background jobs. Best for operators carrying spreadsheets that should have been tools.
- **Security & compliance** — PCI DSS consultancy for ASVs and merchants. Scoping, ASV scan triage, application security audits, remediation engineering. Stack: PCI DSS, OWASP, BurpSuite, threat modelling, Metasploit, ZAP, Nessus.

## How we work

1. **Conversation (Week 0)** — One hour. No deck. Both sides ask hard questions. Fit or no-fit by morning, with a written note either way.
2. **Sketches (Weeks 1–2)** — Paper, low-fidelity prototypes, and arguing about the right shape before any Figma or code. Client sits in.
3. **Build (Weeks 3–10)** — Project dashboard live from day one. Friday notes every week. Continuous deploys to staging. Six to twelve weeks typical.
4. **Hand-off (Week 11+)** — Documented, runnable, yours. Repos transferred, secrets rotated, recorded walkthrough included. Available hourly after — no retainer.
